In Memphis, Tennessee, a grim discovery was made inside a vehicle parked on Titus Road, near the intersection of E. Mallory Avenue. Responding to a call at approximately 1:45 p.m., Memphis Police officers found a man, identified as Tony James, unresponsive in the driver's seat. He had sustained a gunshot wound, and sadly, paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene.
