Jessie Roberts, a 25-year-old woman from North Knoxville, Tennessee, tragically lost her life on March 31, 2019, as the unintended victim of a stray bullet. Jessie was waiting in the drive-thru of a Krystal restaurant on North Broadway when a bullet pierced the passenger side of the vehicle and struck her.
