Lizarrius Dewayne 'Dee' Rice, a 24-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on the night of September 12, 2020, in Knoxville, Tennessee. The incident occurred at approximately 11:15 p.m. at 100 South Hall of Fame Drive, where Knoxville Police Department officers responded to a report of a shooting with victims. Upon their arrival, they discovered two men suffering from gunshot wounds.
