A South Carolina man is shot and killed during a robbery attempt In the quiet town of Anderson, South Carolina, the life of 63-year-old Kenneth Gray Coe, a white male, was brought to a tragic and abrupt end in June of 2002. On the evening of June 9th, an unknown assailant fired a single gunshot through the front window of Coe's home, striking him in the chest. He was rushed to the Anderson Area Medical Center for treatment but succumbed to his injuries a few days later. His death was officially ruled a homicide.
