On September 22, 2014, 19-year-old Tucker Hipps was found dead beneath the Highway 93 bridge over Lake Hartwell in Oconee County, South Carolina. Hipps, a sophomore at Clemson University, had been participating in an early morning fraternity run with members of Sigma Phi Epsilon. His body was discovered hours after the run, and his death has raised many questions.
