Ronald McCorkle, aged 22, was tragically shot and killed on June 28, 2007, in Philadelphia. The incident occurred in North Philadelphia, where Ronald walked from his home on Tioga Avenue to the corner of North Seventh Street, just before becoming the 200th homicide in the city that year.
