Steeve Charles, a 24-year-old man from Philadelphia, was killed on February 25, 2008. He was one of the many victims during a year marked by significant gun violence in the city. The circumstances of his death were tragic, with law enforcement discovering his body after responding to reports of a shooting. Unfortunately, like many other cases that year, there was no clear motive or suspect identified in connection with Steeve’s death.
