In the early hours of a summer Friday, the life of Robert Brown, a 27-year-old male, was cut short by gunfire. On July 25, 2008, an argument that began inside a Hill District bar in Pittsburgh spilled out into the street, escalating to a fatal conclusion. Robert Brown was shot in the chest and was found deceased around 1 a.m. in front of Club VIP II on Webster Avenue.
