Keisha Roman, a 29-year-old woman from Binghamton, New York, was reported missing on March 22, 2009. She was last seen at her residence on Oak Street in Binghamton. Her disappearance remained a mystery for several months until September 21, 2009, when her skeletal remains were discovered in a rural area off Harmony Road in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania, near the New York-Pennsylvania state border. Her death was quickly ruled a homicide by the authorities, but many questions remain unanswered ...
