Sideem Ingram, a 21-year-old male, was shot and killed on May 23, 2009, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred on the 4200 block of North Hicks Street. Philadelphia Police responded to the scene and found Ingram suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead shortly afterward.
