Sherieff Strader, an 18-year-old resident of Braddock, Pennsylvania, was fatally shot in the early hours of September 26, 2010, in Pittsburgh’s Troy Hill neighborhood. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. on Goettman Street. Strader was shot in the back, and despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead shortly after being transported to Allegheny General Hospital.
