Devin Scott, a 19-year-old from Mt. Oliver, Pennsylvania, was fatally shot on February 10, 2011, in the Beltzhoover neighborhood of Pittsburgh. He was found in the 300 block of East Warrington Avenue, where he had suffered a gunshot wound to the chest. When authorities arrived at the scene, a bystander was attempting to perform CPR on Devin, who was lying on the sidewalk. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
