Samuel Betancourt, a 29-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on July 2, 2011, in Philadelphia. The incident occurred near the intersection of Susquehanna and American Avenues in the West Kensington neighborhood. Betancourt was pronounced dead at the scene.
