In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Philadelphia, on April 14, 2013, a young man's life was cut short by gunfire. Twenty-four-year-old Adrian Zamora was discovered inside his SUV at the Harrowgate Plaza, located at I and Tioga Streets, shortly after 2:30 a.m. a male, he had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.

Police had been called to the scene following a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they found Zamora, a resident of the 3900 block of North Darien Street, already deceased. ...
