Mark Thomas, aged 25, was fatally shot on May 20, 2013, in Philadelphia. On that day, Philadelphia Police responded to a call regarding gunfire and found Thomas at the scene, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The incident took place in a residential neighborhood, and despite attempts to provide medical assistance, Thomas succumbed to his injuries.
