Marcus White Jr., affectionately known as Baby Marcus, was just 15 months old when he tragically lost his life on May 21, 2013, during a family picnic in Pittsburgh's East Hills neighborhood. A group of people, including Marcus and his family, were gathered at the picnic when a vehicle approached and opened fire.
