Tracy Briscoe, a 19-year-old Black/African American male from Philadelphia, was killed on June 26, 2013, in North Philadelphia. The shooting happened around 8:50 p.m. at Germantown and Indiana avenues, outside a bar in a busy stretch of the neighborhood. Police identified him as the person shot in the head that night, and he was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly afterward.
