Tracy Briscoe, aged 19, was shot and killed on June 26, 2013, in North Philadelphia. The shooting occurred around 8:50 p.m. at the intersection of Germantown and Indiana Avenues, just outside a bar. Briscoe sustained a gunshot wound to the head and was transported to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
