James Brockington, aged 36, was tragically killed on November 21, 2013, in Philadelphia. The incident occurred late at night, and police responded to a call at the 1200 block of South 15th Street. Brockington was found with gunshot wounds, and despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at the scene. His death was ruled a homicide, adding to the list of unsolved violent crimes in Philadelphia for that year.
