Rasheim Harris, a 39-year-old resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was tragically killed in a shooting on June 13, 2014. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 5:47 a.m., when Philadelphia Police Officers responded to the unit block of East Walnut Lane. Upon arrival, officers discovered Harris lying outside of a black Chevy Impala. He had suffered a gunshot wound to his face, and unfortunately, medical personnel pronounced him deceased at the scene.
