On September 27, 2014, Jason Conley, aged 38, was fatally shot in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The incident took place in the early morning hours, around 12:44 a.m., on the 2900 block of West Oakdale Street. Philadelphia Police officers responded to the scene after reports of gunfire and found Jason lying on the ground in front of a residence. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
