Death by Force

Graham Speaks, a 26-year-old Philadelphia resident, was tragically murdered on October 14, 2014. At approximately 2:42 p.m., police officers responded to a call on the 7000 block of Paschall Avenue, where they found Graham Speaks suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries later that afternoon.
