Yusif Watson, a 22-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was killed on the evening of February 2, 2015. At approximately 7:58 p.m., Philadelphia police officers responded to a call on the 5900 block of Magnolia Street. Upon arrival, they found Yusif suffering from a gunshot wound to the back of his head. He was immediately transported in a police vehicle to Albert Einstein Medical Center, but despite these efforts, Yusif succumbed to his injuries later that night.
