In the late hours of a Sunday evening in North Philadelphia, tragedy struck, forever altering the lives of those connected to Randall Ellis. On April 30, 2017, the 29-year-old man was discovered in a hallway of his residence on the 3000 block of North 10th Street, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds. The scene was one of grim violence, with injuries to his face, legs, and arms.
