On September 23, 2015, Richard Tucker, a 21-year-old male, was shot and killed on the 1800 block of East Monmouth Street in Philadelphia. At around 11:00 a.m., police officers responded to reports of a shooting and found Richard with a gunshot wound to his chest. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital but was pronounced dead soon after arrival. A second victim, a 19-year-old Hispanic female, was also shot but survived and was admitted in stable condition.
The case remains unsolved, with no arrests made to date. Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.
