On September 23, 2015, Richard Tucker, a 21-year-old male, was shot and killed on the 1800 block of East Monmouth Street in Philadelphia. At around 11:00 a.m., police officers responded to reports of a shooting and found Richard with a gunshot wound to his chest. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital but was pronounced dead soon after arrival.
