Carlos Carrasquillo, a 25-year-old Hispanic male, was shot and killed on November 14, 2015, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred around 2:00 a.m. on the 2500 block of North 2nd Street. Philadelphia Police Officers responded to reports of gunfire and found Carlos lying in the street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital by the officers, but unfortunately, he did not survive his injuries.
