Death by Force

On the morning of January 3, 2016, 33-year-old Terry Sims was found fatally shot in Philadelphia. At approximately 4:16 a.m., Philadelphia police officers responded to reports at the 2100 block of East Birch Street, where they discovered Sims seated in the driver's seat of a Grand Marquis. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the arrival of medical personnel, Sims was pronounced dead at the scene.
