On June 3, 2016, Richard West-Gray, a 26-year-old resident of Pittsburgh’s Hill District, was tragically killed in a shooting incident. West-Gray, known to friends and family as "Shooter Rich," was well known in his community. He was the son of Louise Gray and Rufus West, and the brother to several siblings, including his twin brother, Rufus West-Gray.
