Tyrell Boggs, a 29-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was tragically shot and killed on August 7, 2016. At around 12:10 a.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to a report of gunfire in the 3400 block of Braddock Street, where they found Tyrell lying in the street.
