Malik Wilson, a 24-year-old Philadelphia resident, was shot and killed on August 11, 2016, inside his first-floor apartment located on the 1300 block of South 22nd Street. Philadelphia Police arrived on the scene at 2:36 p.m., finding Wilson with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was pronounced dead by medical personnel that afternoon.
