Kristoff P. Campbell, a 20-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on August 12, 2016, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred on the 5600 block of Osage Avenue around 5:25 p.m. When Philadelphia police officers arrived at the scene, they found Campbell suffering from a gunshot wound to his torso.
