Quaron Highsmith, a 21-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was tragically murdered on October 19, 2016. At around 6:33 p.m., Philadelphia Police Officers responded to reports of a shooting on the 3500 block of Wallace Street. Upon arrival, officers found Quaron lying in the street, suffering from gunshot wounds to his shoulder and lower left side of his back. He was quickly transported to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, but sadly, he succumbed to his injuries that evening.
