Troy Robinson, 32, was shot and killed on October 30, 2016, while seated in his car in the 3400 block of Old York Road, Philadelphia. The shooting occurred at around 5:44 a.m., and when police arrived, they found Troy in the driver's seat of his 2002 Mercury Sable. Unfortunately, he did not survive the injuries sustained during the shooting. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
