Hezekiah McCloud, a 34-year-old man, was shot and killed on November 11, 2016, in Philadelphia. The incident took place at approximately 3800 North 18th Street. When Philadelphia Police officers arrived at the scene, they found Hezekiah had suffered from multiple gunshot wounds. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries before any medical assistance could save him.
