Anton Kamaev, a 35-year-old white male, was visiting Pittsburgh from Russia when his life was tragically cut short. On the evening of December 19, 2017, Kamaev was a passenger in a friend's car, traveling along Second Avenue near the Hot Metal Bridge. It was then that a bullet, not intended for him, pierced the vehicle and struck him in the head.
