On November 2, 1975, Sharon Coleman, a 25-year-old woman from Portland, Oregon, was tragically killed in a shooting that remains unsolved to this day. Coleman was driving south on NE Union Avenue (now Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.) with a friend when another vehicle approached them.
