Originally from Texas, Cloud is a registered sex offender and has been known to occasionally return to Oregon in the years following the homicide. Despite being a person of interest, no arrests have been made in the case. The last known whereabouts of Timothy Cloud were in Tennessee in 2007, leaving the investigation into Debora Longoria's death open and unresolved for decades.
