Who murdered Jeffrey Steven Lange in 1998?
On June 7, 1998, 33-year-old Jeffrey Steven Lange was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Portland, Oregon. Responding to a reported vehicle accident at around 2:20 a.m. near the I-405 on-ramp at NW 16th Avenue and Everett Street, authorities discovered Lange's car riddled with bullet holes. Inside the vehicle, Lange had been shot to death. Witnesses at the scene reported hearing gunfire and seeing two men running from the area shortly after the shots were fired.
