On the evening of August 24, 2001, a tragic event unfolded in Salem, Oregon, that would end the life of 22-year-old Bricio Munoz-Aguirre. That night, Munoz-Aguirre was discovered inside his black 1988 Chevrolet Corsica, which had crashed over a curb in the vicinity of Winema Place and Lancaster Drive NE.
