Charles Zell Taylor IV pleaded no contest Nov. 26 to first-degree manslaughter in the death of Timothy Dewayne Wagoner, 25.

Taylor, 24, had told Oklahoma City police Wagoner was shot while they were playing around with shotguns at 10317 Hassett Road.

Taylor was sentenced to eight years in prison in a plea agreement with Oklahoma County prosecutors, with all but the first 90 days of that term suspended.
