Do you know who murdered Allen?
Allen Chance Ring, aged 28, was shot and killed on August 5, 2008, at the Cooper Mill Apartments complex in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The incident occurred early in the morning while Ring was reportedly walking around the apartment complex looking for his cell phone. At around 4:35 a.m., gunshots were heard near the pool area of the complex, and Ring was subsequently found with gunshot wounds. He was transported to a hospital, but unfortunately, he did not survive his injuries.
