On June 21, 2009, 47-year-old Rueben Perez-Silva, lost his life inside a residence in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. That Sunday, officers were dispatched to the home after reports of an altercation involving a firearm. When they arrived, they found Rueben critically wounded, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
