Carl England, 47, was shot and killed on April 5, 2010, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, during a confrontation at the Comanche Park apartment complex. The incident occurred after Carl's daughter had reportedly been involved in an altercation, prompting Carl to go to the complex to assist her. Upon arriving, he encountered Pernell Demond Jefferson, a man previously banned from the area. A physical altercation ensued between the two men, during which Jefferson fatally shot Carl England.
