In a tragic turn of events, 18-year-old Michael Matthews was found deceased in a Tulsa, Oklahoma street, the victim of a fatal shooting. His body was discovered alongside another 18-year-old male, Keandre Miller. Both young men had been shot in the head in a manner described as 'execution style.'
