Richard Allen Burns Jr., a 32-year-old white male from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, spent the final hours of his life in the quiet darkness of a late-summer night on Southwest 41st Street. In the early minutes after midnight on September 20, 2012, a 911 call reported a fight in the 1100 block of that street.
