On September 16, 2013, Tyler Gragg, aged 28, was shot and killed in a home near East 50th Street and Norfolk Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The shooting appeared to have occurred during a robbery. Gragg was struck in the back with a shotgun, and despite attempting to escape to his vehicle, he crashed the car shortly thereafter and died from his injuries.
