In the early hours of a Monday morning in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the life of 28-year-old Tyler Gragg was cut short in a violent encounter. Shortly after midnight on September 16, 2013, police were called to the 4900 block of South Norfolk Avenue to investigate reports of a shooting. Arriving at the scene, they found a Cadillac that had crashed into a fire hydrant. Inside the vehicle, they discovered Tyler Gragg, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
