Jose Monzon, a 37-year-old Hispanic/Latino man from Tulsa, Oklahoma, spent the late hours of Saturday, June 21, 2014, at an East Tulsa nightclub with family members, not knowing that a few chaotic minutes after closing time would cost him his life.
