In the summer of 2014, the life of 37-year-old Deangelous Mackey, a Black male, was cut tragically short in Tulsa, Oklahoma. On the night of June 23rd, police responded to a call at the Meadows Apartments and discovered Mackey with a single gunshot wound to the head. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but succumbed to his injuries the following morning.
