In the early morning hours of September 30, 2017, the life of 27-year-old Bernard James Swain was tragically cut short in Oklahoma City. Swain, a male, was discovered with fatal gunshot wounds before 8:45 a.m., leaving a community to grapple with the sudden and violent loss.
