On December 30, 1973, Leroy Gordon, aged 28, was found fatally shot in the street near the intersection of Bluff and Summit Street in Akron, Ohio. The Akron Police Department responded to the incident, but despite initial investigations, Gordon's homicide remains unsolved. No suspects have been publicly identified, and the case continues to be classified as an open cold case.
