On July 11, 2009, Wendell Managan, aged 39, was found dead in Akron, Ohio, after sustaining a gunshot wound. The incident occurred at approximately 2:30 am in the parking lot located at 112 N. Portage Path. Managan was found unresponsive, and efforts by authorities to uncover the identity of the shooter have so far been unsuccessful. The Akron Police Department is the lead agency investigating the case.
